Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily reclaim a plastic molded part having a coating film without influence of the coating film.
CONSTITUTION: The method for extrusion molding a resin material comprises the steps of recovering a coated bumper having a coating film (P1), pulverizing it (P2), charging the pulverized material in a biaxial extruder (P3), adding a compatibilizer thereto (P4), kneading it in a kneading zone of the extruder by a screw of a strong kneading type, removing insufficiently pulverized foreign matters by a filter, extruding it (P5), and molding a reclaimed product (P6). Accordingly, a fine pulverization of the coating film is compatibilized with the bumper material by the compatibilizer in the combination of finely pulverizing of the film and the compatibilizer to form one type of an alloy material.
