PURPOSE: To provide an eye drop composition containing an appestatic substance and having appestatic action.

CONSTITUTION: The objective eye drop composition having appestatic action is produced by dissolving an endogenic anorectic substance and an appetizing substance in sterilized pure water at a concentration of 1-100 mg/l together with additives or dissolving the above components in water and sterilizing the solution. A conventional appestatic substance having a problem of administration route can completely and easily be administered to enable the direct action of the substance to the central nerve by using the substance as a component of an eye drop composition.
