PURPOSE: To perform long-time display work by allowing left and right eyes to rest by alternately shielding both eyes from light during work by providing the frame mounted on the face and a light shielding means for shielding a visual field to each of eyeballs.

CONSTITUTION: A frame 1 has function for mounting a light shielding means on the face and is same to that of general glasses. Two integrated light shielding plates 2 are revolved in a seesaw like manner around the nose part 3 of the frame 1. Two integrated light shielding plates 2 and the nose part 3 of the frame 1 may be connected in a revolvable manner and any mean using a fixed shaft or fitting is adapted. The position of two integrated light shielding plates 2 may be set on this side of the frame 1, at the intermediate part of said frame 1 or outside the frame and a structure capable of shielding the visual field of a single eye at the time of mounting may be employed.
