To expand an effective frizz width of a frizz frame, by making frizzing operation possible even on both side ends of the frizzing frame in an eyelash curler having a pressing tool for moving into contact with and into separation from the fixed shaping frame, and to fizz only partial eyelashes or to correct their shapes.
An upper part of a case 1 is provided with the shaping frame 3 and the pressing tool 4 for moving into contact with and into separation from the shaping frame 3. The shaping frame 3 is provided with frizzing frame 25 having a wedge-shaped cross section and an arm part 24 for fixing and supporting the frizzing frame 25. The frizzing frame 25 is fixed and supported by the arm part 24 on the inside of back face both ends of the frizzing frame 25, both end outside surfaces on the lower edge 25a of the frizzing frame 25 are opened, and when frizzing on the side end of the frizzing frame 25, the arm part 24 is prevented from becoming a hindrance.
