To improve the fastening force of the eyelet and avoid deforming the edge of the cloth by coating its face with synthetic resin within specific distance from the edge and putting the eyelet onto its coated part.
An edge of a Sheet 1 is turned on and folded at the point of 5cm from the edge, and inside it is put an apply cloth 2 formed by a polyesther strip sheet folded on a slit. A polyesther string 3 is put through inside the folded edge, two lines on the parts 1cm and 3.5cm from the edge are sewed on with polyesther thread. A surface of a sewed part 5 is coated with polyesther resin within the distance 20cm from the edge, then an eyelet 4 is put onto the coated face. By this mean, the edge part of the sewed part 5 is strengthen so as not to deform, further the fastening force of the eyelet is much more improved.
