Abstract:
To prevent a decrease in strength of an FRP member itself due to insertion of an insert component while preventing breakage of a fastening structure due to creeping of resin and obtaining reproducibility of displacement caused by repetitive loading.SOLUTION: A method includes: a first process of boring a fastening hole, into which an outer flanged collar is inserted, in an FRP molding; a second process of applying an adhesive to an outer surface of a collar part of the outer flanged collar; a third process of inserting the outer flanged collar until the flange comes into contact with the FRP molding; a fourth process of pressing the outer flanged collar against a compressive load wall surface of the fastening hole to let the compressed load wall surface and a part of the outer surface of the outer flanged collar come into direct contact with each other, and setting the adhesive; and a fifth process of pressing an inner flanged collar in the outer flanged collar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
