Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric laminate before molding a molded article having no need for a melting process of a thermoplastic resin and preliminary size enlargement, excellent in handleability such as carrying and less in unnecessary twisting or slippage during molding.SOLUTION: When a molded article is obtained by arranging a fabric laminate 10 by laminating a fabric 12 containing a fiber reinforced composite material in molding die 16 and 18 in advance and injecting a resin into the molding dies 16 and 18, a binding part 14 where all laminated fabrics 12 are bound by individual binding means is arranged at a prescribed position in a plane view of the laminated fabric 12. The binding means is selected from a fibrous body or cable body 20, a binding band 38 and a binding tool 34. Unnecessary slippage or movement to the molding die is inhibited by engaging an engagement part 22 or a circular hole (open hole) 26 arranged in the binding part 14 with a projection arranged in the molding dies 16 and 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
