Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fabric for producing a unidirectional reinforced C/C composite material excellent in characteristics such as heat conductivity and strength in a direction perpendicular to fibers.
CONSTITUTION: Bundles of carbon fibers of small bulk and bundles of org. fibers are alternately arranged as warp in one direction, bundles of carbon fibers of small bulk and bundles of carbon fibers of great bulk are alternately arranged as warp in one direction or only bundles of carbon fibers of great bulk are arranged as warp in one direction and the objective fabric for a unidirectional reinforced C/C composite material is obtd.
