Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face bar unit capable of reducing the portions to be processed to a minimum and improving the workability without degrading the quality of design.
SOLUTION: The face bar unit is equipped with an upper furring strip 4 framed to a square shape, a lower furring strip 5 and right and left vertical frames 6, 6, a grid body 7 built in a framework, and end caps 8, 9 installed to butt ends of respective upper and lower furring strips, and the upper furring strip 4 and lower furring strip 5 have attaching pieces 12, 14 for respectively attaching the grid body 7 to mutual opposite surfaces, the vertical frame 6 has a take-down gutter 21 having a channel-shaped cross section for taking down the end portion of the grid body 7, each of upper and lower furring strips 4, 5 and the vertical frame 6 is frame through the furring strip so as to butt the attaching pieces 12, 14 to the bottom of the gutter of the take-down gutter 21, and the tail end faces of the end caps 8, 9 are arranged flush with the outer side face of the vertical frame 6.
