Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a face confrontation type motor having a small size and a thin type to be accurately magnetized in which an accurate magnetization can be executed.
CONSTITUTION: A depth of a collar 5 of an outer edge side of a rotor yoke 3 for holding a rotor magnet 2 is deepened by a predetermined value as compared with a thickness of the magnet 2, and the magnet 2 is formed of an Nd-Fe-B series rare earth element magnet. The surface of the magnet 2 is brought into direct contact with the surface to be magnetized of a magnetizing jig to be magnetized. Thus, a small-sized thin face confrontation type motor which is accurately magnetized can be manufactured.
