Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a face protecting cover material capable of ensuring-air permeability and visual field while interrupting a liquid.
CONSTITUTION: This face protecting cover material has a water repellent coating 5 applied to the surface of a metal plate 2 having a number of pores 1 formed thereon, and is installed to a general frame to form a face protecting cover. The pores 1 with pore sizes of 100-900μm are preferably formed in a ratio of the pore total area to the surface area of the metal plate 2 of 0.1-0.5.
