To provide a facial care apparatus preventing a scald due to hot water drops, by allowing the hot water drops in a steam conduit to positively return to a steam generating boiler without providing a condenser tube separately from the conduit and by monitoring a state of boiled water.
Thie facial care apparatus is provided with a condenser tube 33, being formed with a plurality of grooves in the lower part of the inside of a steam conduit inclination part, for flowing back condensed water droplets in the inside of a steam conduit 3 provided in the upper part of a steam generating boiler 1, a pair of electrodes 2 which conducts when the hot water or bubbles contact with the opposedly facing sidewalls of a vertical part 32 of the steam conduit at near of the root of the steam conduit, and a means of stopping jetting of steam when the conduction of the pair of electrodes 2 is detected.
