Abstract:
The present invention determines evacuation sites for maintenance workers in the occurrence of a disaster for the purpose of early restoration of equipment installed in customer facilities. This facility management system has: a current location information collection unit (21) for collecting current location information of maintenance workers using a GPS function of portable terminals (4) in the occurrence of a disaster; a damage condition information acquisition unit (23) for collecting damage condition information indicating damage conditions of equipment installed in each building (1) in the disaster; an evacuation information generation unit (25) for generating, from the current locations of the maintenance workers and the damage conditions of the equipment, evacuation information indicating evacuation sites for each maintenance worker for the purpose of early restoration of the equipment; and an evacuation site instruction unit (26) for transmitting the evacuation information to the respective portable terminals (4) so as to indicate the branch office (3) to be used as an evacuation site for each maintenance worker.
