A register terminal 6 urges an information provider to input the facility information according to the register template that is sent from the center 4. The inputted facility information is stored in a facility information storage part 52 of the center 4. Meanwhile, an on-vehicle navigation device 2 urges an information user to input the retrieval information according to the retrieval template sent from the center 4. Then the center 4 retrieves the facility information using the retrieval information and this retrieval result is notified to the information user via the device 2.
