A facility management system includes: communication control means 42 for receiving facility apparatus information from remote apparatuses 2; monitor screen display means 44 for generating monitor screens separately for remote apparatuses 2a, 2b on which facility apparatus information are collected on the basis of the facility apparatus information, and displaying the monitor screen corresponding to the remote apparatus 2a being a display object; malfunction detection means 45 for determining whether the facility apparatus information from the remote apparatus 2a being the display object is received or not; and screen changeover means 46 for changing the other remote apparatus 2b to be the display object when it is determined that the facility apparatus information from the remote apparatus 2a being the display object is not received, and allowing the monitor screen display means 44 to display the monitor screen corresponding to the other remote apparatus 2b.
