To improve the convenience of face recognition functions in various facilities.SOLUTION: A facility management system comprises a reception system and a face recognition terminal. The reception system makes executable reception processing for receiving customers. The face recognition terminal makes registration processing executable. The registration processing makes executable: input processing in which code information including information for identifying a customer who has been received or information for identifying a facility use of the customer who has been received is input; and the registration processing for registering face recognition information based on a face image captured by a camera, on the basis of the code information input in the input processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
