PURPOSE: To provide a facility wherein a surface peeled off in a toxic medium such as a surface in high radiation cell in an atomic energy industry is cleaned and a produced waste is automatically collected and processed.

CONSTITUTION: This device is a bush hammering device 34 attached on a remote control car 32 which cleans a surface A positioned in a toxic medium. A collection pipe 12 which collects an produced waste into a discharge device 14, cyclone separators 22 and 24 which collect waste, an electrostatic filter 26 and absolute filters 28 and 30, are provided. The cyclone separators are mounted on two cells 76 and 78 formed in a tub 80, and cells are provided with devices 90, 92, 100, 106 and 108 wherein waste treatment product is allowed to be jetted into them and, after filtration, a toxic waste treatment product is allowed to be collected. A vessel 120 is assigned under the electrostatic filter 26.
