PURPOSE: To manage the utilization of various facilities such as concert hall, theater, recreation ground, entertainment place and sports club by using IC card possesed by individual.

CONSTITUTION: This managing system is provided with a ticket purchasing terminal having a card interface part for writing ticket information including any of facility name, theater name, usable period, specified data, gate information, seat information, usable equipment or appliance, or place in IC card 10, a card interface part 42 for reading out the ticket information stored in the card 10, an entrance processing control part (TAC) for controlling admittance to a facility in accordance with the ticket information read out by the interface part 42, and an entrance gate mechanism (GATE) 44.
