Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove troubles at the time of mutually transmitting commands between a facsimile equipment(FAX) and a personal computer(PC)
CONSTITUTION: The FAX 1 is connected to the PC 2, a reception request command for substitutively received picture data is outputted from the FAX 1 to the PC 2 and the existence of a command received within the waiting time of a 2-sec timer for the reception of a response command by the FAX 1 is judged. At the time of receiving the response command, a gob for the response command is executed, and at the time of receiving an initializing command for executing the various functions of the FAX 1 from the PC 2, a job based upon the initialization command is preferentially executed without generating an error signal.
