PURPOSE: To attain the transmission of distribution destination of a text without error by adding a distribution destination indication to a destination to which the text is actually sent among plural displayed destinations.

CONSTITUTION: A transmission section 21 supplies information representing it to which order number of destination a destination text to be generated is addressed to a destination display processing section 27. The destination display processing section 27 reads a 1st text with a destination described thereon from a text storage file 25, expands the text to the inside and the destination indication is processed to generate the destination text so that the destination indicated from the transmission section 21 is discriminated clearly according to the coding system of a facsimile equipment. Thus, the destination of the text sent by the multiple address service is easily discriminated.
