PURPOSE: To send automatically picture information from a sender facsimile equipment to a destination facsimile equipment to which the picture information is not reached by having only to command a management number and a destination or the like of undeliverable destination list information by the sender facsimile equipment.

CONSTITUTION: When data are outputted to a destination facsimile terminal from a data output part 4 for a predetermined number of times but the data are not reached to the destination facsimile equipment, a data processing part 7 generates an undeliverable notice and it is outputted from the output part 4 to a destination facsimile equipment. On the other hand, unarrival destination list information such as a management information and its destination is stored in a data storage section 2. After the cause of the undelivery is checked and solved, when the sender facsimile equipment designates and commands the management number of picture information and its destination as to the re-transmission of the undeliverable picture information, the management number and the destination are collated with those in the undeliverable destination list in the storage section 2. When the result of collation indicates coincidence, the picture information from the sender facsimile equipment stored in a hard disk is outputted again to the destination facsimile terminal by the output section 4.
