This failure diagnosing device is provided with output failure detecting means on each of the plurality of switch means 31, and further provided with a primary determination means for detecting the presence or absence of output failure of the switch means 31 by the output failure detecting means 33 when one of the switch means 31 among the plurality of switch means 31 is in an opened state according to a driving signal, and a secondary determination means for stopping the driving signal, and detecting the presence or absence of the output failure again to the switch means 31 on which the output failure is determined by the primary determination means by temporarily opening all of the plurality of switch means 31.
