Title:
FAILURE DIAGNOSYS METHOD FOR INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3041611
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent harmful substances such as dioxin from being released by diagnosing rapidly, easily, and accurately the presence of failure of sensors provided in an incinerator.
SOLUTION: When there is diagnosed the presence of any failure of sensors provided in an incinerator H, to be concrete, a temperature sensor 2a... and a carbon dioxide gas concentration sensor 3a... parts or the whole of actuation portions (combustion burner 4a..., air supply portion 5a... and an air fan apparatus 6, etc.), provided in the incinerator H are actuated in the state where any article to be incinerated is thrown into the incinerator H. When physical quantities detected by the temperature sensor 2a... and the carbon dioxide gas concentration sensor 3a... provided in the incinerator H, i.e., temperature detection values and carbon dioxide gas concentration detection values are out of a previously set monitor range, failure is judged for failure processing.
