Abstract:

To enable automatic registration of failure information by a problem managing system, to enable automatic assignment of a person in charge of analysis and to enable grasp of a status of patch execution in a present station exchange system by a problem manager when a failure occurs in the present station exchange system in a failure managing device to collect message information outputted by an exchange system of switchboards scattered in remote placeds, etc.

Problem managing processing is performed in accordance with message information received from the present station exchange system 1 or a centralized maintenance exchange system 2 and the processing result is registrated in a database by the problem managing system 4. In addition, an analyzing group or the person in charge of analysis is automatically assigned. Furthermore, the status of patch execution in the present station exchange system 1 or the centralized maintenance exchange system 2 is also gasped by the problem manager.
