Abstract:

To provide a failure probe supporting device satisfactorily enabling a job site worker to come into action with his (her) both hands while directly looking at an infrared ray image even under such a condition that the worker's view is blocked by the smoke of fire and the like, and excellent in user-friendliness.

The failure probe supporting device has the following structure: an infrared ray camera and a display positioned in front of the eyes at least when using the infrared ray camera and running a screen image took with the infrared ray camera are set on a face protector or a helmet. The infrared ray camera and the display are arranged in a range of the front view contour when the face protector or the helmet is attached to the head of the worker.
