Abstract:
To speed up failure recovery by recommending work and components required for recovery when a machine failure occurs.SOLUTION: A failure recovery support system 1 comprises: a work content extraction unit 201 for extracting required work contents from a maintenance document representing a history including documents in which instructed or executed work for recovering failures occurred on apparatuses in the past are recorded; a work-and-components correspondence extraction unit 300 for extracting a work-and-components correspondence in which components of component numbers whose usages are assumed at the time of instructing the work or components of component numbers existing in the history in which component numbers used at the time of executing the work are recorded are assumed to be used or are estimated to have been used correspondingly to which work contents; a recommendation matrix calculation unit 303 for calculating recommendation scores of required work or components in response to input of information identifying a failure occurred on an apparatus; and a recovery unit recommendation unit 6010 for recommending components corresponding to the work calculated by the recommendation matrix calculation unit 303 and work corresponding to the components calculated by the recommendation matrix calculation unit 303 by supplementing the recommendation using the work-and-components correspondence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
