Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of a fall prevention device.SOLUTION: The fall prevention device including a damper 8 is stored in a housing 5 assembled on an inner side of a ceiling wall 3. When the damper 8 is not used, a lid body 7 is closed and stored in the housing 5 in a concealed state. When the damper 8 is used, the lid body 7 is opened, the damper 8 is rotated downward with a bolt 17 attached on a vertical rail 9 as a center, and thereby the damper 8 is automatically set on an upper face of furniture 1 in an inclined state. Even in a used state of the damper 8, the lid body 7 shields a front side of the damper 8 so as not to be observed from a front side. Therefore, an appearance of the furniture 1 is not impaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
