Abstract:
To provide a fall prevention pad capable of effectively preventing a large-sized article from falling from a top plate of a desk.SOLUTION: A fall prevention pad 10 is for preventing articles Xa-Xd put on an upper surface 14a of a top plate 14 from falling from an outer peripheral edge 14b of the top plate 14. The fall prevention pad 10 comprises: a body part 24 placed on the upper surface 14a; a connection member 26 for connecting a lower surface of the body part 24 to the upper surface 14a; and a first wall part 28 and a second wall part 30 formed by projecting upward from the body part 24. The first wall part 28 is formed of a first elastic material, and a thickness of the first wall part 28 is set so as to secure strength capable of supporting the article Xd. The second wall part 30 is formed so as to face the first wall part 28 from the outside. When the fall prevention pad 10 is installed in an outer peripheral portion 16 of the top plate 14, the first wall part 28 and the second wall part 30 are arranged along the outer peripheral edge 14b of the top plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
