PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a favorable liquid film on an exterior wall surface of a tank-without demanding for high mounting accuracy or high working accuracy by constituting a heating medium flow out section with a plurality of through holes formed with a specified spacing in the turning direction around a tank on a wall of a heating medium storage section opposed to an exterior wall of the tank.
CONSTITUTION: A heating medium flow out part 9 consists of a plurality of through holes 9a formed on a wall of a heating medium storage part 8 opposed to the wall surface of a tank 1 (or the outer peripheral surface) with a specified spacing in the direction turning around the tank 1. In this case, the equivalent diameter of the through holes 9q is set to 4mm to 7mm while the liquid level of a heating medium stored in the heating storage part 8 is set to 100mm to 200mm and the length of the heating medium storage part is set to 700mm to 1500mm respectively. This construction makes it possible to form a satisfactory liquid film on the exterior wall surface of the tank 1 without demanding for high mounting accuracy or working accuracy as well.
