Since the blank part is installed on the lower end surface, there is no fear, in processing the base to false eyelashes, of breaking and damaging part of the adhesive layer to stick the hair materials thereto when cutting the base by laser beam R in a prescribed shape, and the adhesive layer does not fall off from the base so as to prevent the base from peeling off from the eyelid and prevent the hair materials from falling off from the base.
