Abstract:
To provide a fan, especially a combustion air fan of a heater for a vehicle, which has a high conveyance effect despite its extremely simple structure.
The fan has a fan housing 12 provided with an inlet range and an outlet range 20 for a medium to be conveyed, and a conveying wheel 16 with a conveying blade 24. The conveying wheel is held by the fan housing 12 so that it can rotate around an axis A of rotation, and it limits a conveying passage area 18 in cooperation with the fan housing 12. Labyrinth packing 26 for closing the conveying passage area 18 is formed in the side where the conveying wheel 16 and the fan housing 18 are facing each other.
