To obtain a sanitary toilet room by mounting a fan-shaped shielding film between the upper edge part of a stool positioned at the top of a toilet stool main body and the bottom surface part of the toilet seat so as to prevent splash by the discharge of urine to the outside of the stool to eliminate contamination of the surrounding of the toilet stool and the source of urine odor caused by contamination.

The Figure shows the open-standing state of the fan-shaped shielding film preventing the splash of urine drops to a toilet stool constituted of a stool fixing part 9, a stool fixing part side surface 9a, a bellow part 11a successively connected to the fan-shaped shielding film 11a and a toilet seat fixing part 8 between the upper edge part 2 of the stool positioned at the top of the toilet stool main body 1 and the toilet seat 3. Then, by bending the part 9 in the direction of an inner surface along the upper edge part of the stool 2, the surface 9a formed in an L-shape is generated to prevent the splash of drops from an interval between the part 2 and the part 9 and to drop the drops of urine from the film 11 down into the tank of the stool. In addition, an opening part 5 for putting a washing nozzle 4 in and out is provided and the part 11a is successively connected to the film 11.
