The rubber sheet 2 is formed by using, for example, the silicon rubber as the carrier of the tourmaline powder and subjecting this rubber to cellular or non-cellular molding. Circular holes 3 of a diameter of, for example, about 0.8cm are formed in the rubber sheet 2 to about 20% in the opening rate of the flat area of the rubber sheet 2. Cloth 1 is laminated on both planes of the rubber sheet 2. The sheet is mounted at a patient by using tapes, bandages, supporters, etc. A cloth belt 4 is laminated on one surface of the rectangular rubber sheet 2 in the case of the belt type body contact material for preservation of health and treatment. Hook-and-loop fasteners are attached to this cloth belt 4 and are used for mounting. As a result, the long-term wearing without side effects, such as miliaria, is made possible.
