PURPOSE: To dry air and skin from the inside in a short time with far infrared radiation without causing external damage to hair by forming an air blower to be installed inside itself in monolithic molding with far infrared radiation material.

CONSTITUTION: Since an air blower 3 is formed of extreme infrared radiation material in monolithic molding, and it is installed inside of a heater 4, the air blower 3 itself is heated to generate far infrared radiation. Far radiation thus generated is reflected by the aluminum film inside of the frame of the main body 7 and emitted to the outside from the exhaust port. Far infrared radiation has an effect of worming irradiated objects from the inside. Therefore drying and treating hair can be conducted at lower temperature and in shorter time than before without causing damage to hair and skin. Besides since the heater capacity can be made smaller, the heater itself can be further miniaturized, thus making it possible to converse energy. Any kind of far infrared radiation material can be used as material for the air blower fan 3. Particularly material whose main component is ceramic such as zircon (ZrSiO4) can be used as pref. material.
