To provide a fastener for attaching a component such as a power plug or cables, which can release a locking state of a band by tilting an operating portion.

A base 40 is provided with a band 70; an insertion groove 61; a plate member 110 extending to the inside and outside of the insertion groove; a supporting spring 120 fixed to the base at one end, coupled to the middle of the length of the plate member at the other end, tiltably supporting the plate member, and keeping a tilting angle at a fixed position; a lock claw positioned at one end of the plate member, elastically projecting out toward the band inserted in the insertion groove by the spring force of the supporting spring, and locking the band in the insertion groove; and an operating portion 112 positioned at the other end of the plate member, and capable of operating the lock claw in a direction separating from the band.
