Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of an aluminum laminated plate capable of preventing rupture on a back surface of a fastened member and a fracture in a rivet after crimping, having excellent manufacturing efficiency to be suitable for volume production, and obtaining strong fastening force, when an aluminum laminated plate is fastened and integrated by a striking rivet.
SOLUTION: In this fastening structure wherein a plurality of aluminum plates are laminated and integrated by a striking rivet, a shaft portion tip end of the rivet is expanded in diameter within an aluminum plate in the lowest layer without penetrating. A back surface of the aluminum plate in the lowest layer is raised without being ruptured, and not cut off by the tip end of a shaft portion inner diameter of the rivet.
