Abstract:
To suppress the jump-out of a collar from a pipe material, and to improve the external design performance of the pipe material.SOLUTION: A collar 90 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and inserted with a bolt 71. A columnar support 20 being a square pipe comprises a first pipe wall 21 and a second pipe wall 22. An insertion opening 25 into which the collar 90 is inserted is protrusively formed at the first pipe wall 21. The second pipe wall 22 opposes the first pipe wall 21, and in the second pipe wall, an opposing opening 26 which is coaxial with the insertion opening 25, and whose opening diameter D4 is smaller than an outside diameter D3 of the collar 90 is protrusively formed. A beam 50 being a fastened member comprises a rear plate part 52 being a flat plate part. In the rear plate part 52, a fastening opening 54 abutting on the second pipe wall 22, and coaxially aligned with the insertion opening 25 and the opposing opening 26 is protrusively formed. A patch plate 80 is fixed to an end face of the collar 90 at the insertion opening 25 side in an axial direction, formed with an opening 83 which is coaxial with the collar 90, and covers the insertion opening 25 of the columnar support 20. A weld part 84 joins the patch plate 80 and the columnar support 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
