Abstract:
To provide a new and high safety agent which can exhibit a fatigue recovery effect.
The fatigue recovery agent and a fatigue preventive agent containing astaxantin and/or its esters, are provided. The fatigue recovery agent and the fatigue preventive agent of the invention are very low in toxicity and a long term use is possible.
