Abstract:
To provide a high-quality fatty acid metal salt dispersion suitable for a simple and efficiently produced lubricant for coating paper, etc.
The fatty acid metal salt dispersion is obtained by pulverizing and dispersing a fatty acid metal salt (A), a surfactant substance (B) and water (C) with a wet pulverizer using fine media selected from the group of ceramics, hard glass, a hard plastic, a metal or a metal compound and having 0.05-1 mm diameter as dispersion media. The resultant dispersion has 0.01-1 μm average particle diameter.
