PURPOSE: To accelerate fault analysis by providing a diagnostic management part, a diagnostic execution part, a diagnosed result data storage part and a fault analysis dictionary data storage part in a switchboard and providing a storage part and an analysis processing part in a work station.
CONSTITUTION: When a fault occurs in the switchboard 1, the diagnostic management part 1a specifies a device in which the fault occured and also issues a diagnostic request to the diagnostic execution part 1b. The management part 1a stores diagnosed result data in the diagnosed result data storage part 1c and reads fault analysis dictionary data corresponding to the fault occurrence device from the dictionary data storage part 1d to be transferred to a work station 2. At the station 2, received data are stored in the storage part 2c. Then, the analysis processing part 2a analyzes the diagnosed result data based on the fault analysis dictionary data, specifies a fault occurance position and prepares fault content information. The data read from the storage part 2c are screen displayed at a display device 2b.
