Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a trouble diagnostic device of a business-used washing machine, which allows an unskilled operator to easily diagnose and take a measure so that the washing machine can be always used in a best condition. CONSTITUTION:An operation panel 20 consists on a start switch 21, a program selection switch 23, a liquid crystal display 24 and others, and a controller 3 is composed of a central controller 31, an electronic storage device 32, an output circuit 33 and others. A washing machine 40 is equipped with sensors and instruments required for performing various washing programs. When 'self diagnoisis' is selected by the program selection switch 23 and the start switch 21 is pressed, pre-washing, dewatering, drying and deodorizing steps are continuously performed with no-load, and the operation information from the sensors are compared with reference values stored in the storage device 32 to judge the operation state such as pump performance, evaporation performance, drying performance, recovery performance, etc. The results of judgement and required measures are displayed on the liquid crystal display 24.
