Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-based metal plate excellent in magnetic properties and iron loss.SOLUTION: In an Fe-based metal plate, Fe-based metal contains 1.5-3.5% Si and 0.5-3.0% Al, and contains 2.5-6.5% Mn and 2.5-6.5% Ni as austenite-forming elements, the concentration of the austenite-forming elements in a layer A is 1.1 times or more that of a plate thickness center, the concentration of the austenite-forming elements in a layer B is 1.1 times or more that of the average of the total plate thickness, the layer A is present on the outer side of the layer B, the electrical resistivity of the layer B is 1.1 times or more that of the layer A, the thickness of the layer A is 0.5 μm or more, an area at a depth of at least 0.2 μm from the surface of the layer A or the whole area of the layer A has a composition forming an α-Fe single phase and the inside of the layer A is an area having a composition causing α-γ transformation, the area at a depth of at least 0.2 μm from the surface of the layer A or the whole area of the layer A has an average crystal grain size of 8 μm or more and the integration degree of a {200} plane of the area having the average crystal grain size is 30% or more, a part of the layer B has an average crystal grain size of less than 8 μm and when the plate thickness is defined as t, the thickness of the area having the average crystal grain size is more than 0 and less than (1/20)t.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
