Abstract:
To provide an Fe-Si-B-based quenching solidification alloy which is characterized in Bs≥1.7T, thickness≥40 μm, high Bs and can be lamination-cored.SOLUTION: An Fe-Si-B-based quenching solidification alloy is characterized in that the composition formula of that alloy is represented by T100-x-y-zSix(B1-mCm)yPz (here, T is at least one transition metal element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni and surely including Fe); the composition ratios of x, y, z and m satisfy 1.0≤x≤4.5 atom%, 11.0≤y≤14.0 atom%, 0.0≤z≤2.0 atom% and 0.0≤m≤0.3, respectively; and thickness is 40 μm or more but 70 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
