PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-based amorphous alloy and an Fe-based amorphous alloy thin strip that achieve reduced iron loss while maintaining a high magnetic flux density.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an Fe-based amorphous alloy and an Fe-based amorphous alloy thin strip having excellent soft magnetic properties, containing, in atom%, Fe of 76.00% or more, B of 10.0% or more and 14.0% or less, Si of 4.0% or more and 8.0% or less, C of 1.0% or more and 4.0% or less, Mn of 0.05% or more and 2.00% or less, Mo of 0.005% or more and 3.000% or less, with the balance being inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
