Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed amount measuring device of a wire rod which can increase a pressing force to a measuring roll of the wire rod, can attenuate vibration from the wire rod, and can raise measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A measuring device comprises: first and second support rolls 2, 3 which are located with an interval in a transport direction of a wire rod 10, and have V-grooves; a measuring roll 4 having a support part which is composed of a substantially-cylindrical face for supporting the wire rod 10 at a side opposite to the first and second support rolls 2, 3, and between the rolls 2, 3; a spring member 5 which imparts a force for pressing the wire rod 10 to sides of the first and second support rolls 2, 3 to the measuring roll 4; a first pulley coaxially arranged with the measuring roll 4; a second pulley which is arranged on a parallel shaft which is substantially parallel with a shaft at which the first pulley is arranged; a winding member wound to the first and second pulleys, and having elasticity; and a rotational speed detection device which measures a rotational speed of the parallel shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
