Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feed for cultivating fry capable of eliminating the work of culturing a feed of a live microorganism for fry in each cultivating firm and enabling the feeding of the live feed easily. SOLUTION: This feed for cultivating fry is obtained by mixing and agitating a concentrated culture solution of a feed of a live microorganism with 5-15% aqueous solution of trehalose having 10-30% concentration, based on the concentrated culture solution, leaving for 10-15min at a room temperature, rapidly cooling to 1-5 deg.C or forcefully drying to make a powder, and keeping the live feed under a state of asphyxiation.
