Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a feed for fish farming useful as a feed for the young of the fishes, having stable quality, easy handleability and improved palatability even without using paste, by using ground raw cuttlefish as a raw material.
CONSTITUTION: Raw cuttlefish from which ink stack, cartilage, muscle, etc., is preferably ground at low temperature of ≤5°C. the ground raw cuttlefish is blended with about 0.1W5wt% ground raw cuttlefish and about 0.1W5wt% mineral and, if necessary, flavor, tasty substance, amino acid, antiseptic, etc., packed into a casing and frozen.
