Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to remarkably promote growth of cultured fish and decrease mortality, by blending hot water extract of mosses or calli thereof.
CONSTITUTION: This feed for raising fish contains a hot water extract of mosses or calli thereof as an active ingredient. The amount of the added hot water extract is about 0.01W10wt.%. Mosses of the class Musci (hair mosses), Hepaticae (liveworts), horned liveworts, etc., are cited as the mosses.
