In this feed roller 93 composed of a driving roller 91 and a driven roller 92, and rotatively feeding the object T to be carried by sandwiching it therebetween, the driving roller 91 has a driving conductive roller part 113 whose at least peripheral surface is made of conductive material and which is brought into rolling contact with the object T to be carried, and a friction roller part 114 coaxially attached to the end surface of the driving conductive roller part 113 and brought into rolling contact with the object T to be carried. The driven roller 92 has a driven conductive roller part 117 whose at least peripheral surface is made of conductive material and which is brought into rolling contact with the object T to be carried, and also abuts on the driving conductive roller part 113 in the non-sandwiching condition of the object T to be carried.
