A feed yarn bobbin group of winding yarn spun by a spinning frame is inputted to the feed yarn bobbin input part 22. The individualizing part 23 individualizes the feed yarn bobbin group inputted to the feed yarn bobbin input part 22. The feed yarn bobbin input part 22 includes a staying part 28, a guiding part 30 and a fixed quantity carrying part 29. The staying part 28 makes the input feed yarn bobbin group temporarily stay. The guiding part 30 guides a feed yarn bobbin 9 up to the individualizing part 23. The fixed quantity carrying part 29 is arranged between the staying part 28 and the guiding part 30. The fixed quantity carrying part 29 has a rocking member 31 for sending out only a predetermined quantity of the feed yarn bobbin group staying in the staying part 28 by rocking to the guiding part 30.
